The Machinery and Plant Engineering team handles the maintenance, repair, and inspection of machinery, plants, and technical equipment, including schedule tracking and inspection coordination. This includes, among other things, doors, gates, windows, elevators, crane and barrier systems, as well as security and shading systems.
In the workshop, machine parts are also repaired, and sheet metal and steel fabrication work is carried out. The team additionally offers construction-related services such as drywall installation, painting, concrete work, and civil engineering, as well as transportation and outdoor facility maintenance. Minor tasks are handled directly, while larger projects are carried out in collaboration with external companies and inspection agencies.
The maintenance yard is responsible for building maintenance, interior finishing, and minor construction work in both building construction and civil engineering. In addition, the team performs painting and coating work, repairs paths and open spaces, and organizes transportation and moves—ranging from individual items to entire institutions.
Furthermore, the team provides consultation on specialty coatings as well as the care and maintenance of green spaces.
The Building Automation team covers the divisions of building management systems, measurement, control, and regulation technology, as well as electrical engineering. It is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing building services systems as part of technical Facility Management.
The target is efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations through the cross-disciplinary integration of systems such as heating, air conditioning, and other technical facilities.
The Electrical Engineering team oversees and maintains all relevant electrical systems, including power supply, lighting, security, and emergency power systems, as well as electric shading systems.
The team serves as the point of contact for malfunctions, conducts inspections, and ensures the regular testing and documentation of systems subject to mandatory inspection. In addition, it provides advice on electrical engineering issues and carries out minor repair work in collaboration with external contractors.
