Our Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the infrastructure of the buildings, lecture halls, and outdoor areas is in good working order
- Ensuring the proper functioning of audiovisual equipment in lecture halls and seminar rooms
- Organizing Indoor Cleaning at KIT, including window cleaning and special cleaning services
- Serving as the point of contact for leased linen matters with framework agreement partners
- Procurement, provision, and maintenance of KIT service vehicles as part of fleet management
- Providing advice on operational mobility issues at KIT, such as KIT’s transportation connections, the KIT shuttle, car-sharing, rental vehicles, etc.
