Our Responsibilities
- Implementation of preventive and routine measures to maintain the operational readiness of building services equipment and its peripheral systems.
- Troubleshooting in the event of system component failure or loss of function.
- Taking over and operating properties that have been constructed, remodeled, or renovated by Real Estate Management (IM) or the Building Authority of the State Agency for Assets and Construction (VBA).
- Providing support for new construction or renovation projects, thereby establishing interlinkage between construction and operations.
- Implementation of compliance with legal requirements for systems requiring monitoring and equipment subject to mandatory inspections by our knowledgeable and skilled staff.
- Developing strategies regarding monitoring and life-cycle analysis with the target of incorporating sustainability, improving cost-effectiveness, identifying unprofitability, and deriving appropriate measures from these findings.
